Article Summary

An investigation is underway after a Flydubai co-pilot allegedly attacked the pilot with a crash axe during a flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv, causing the plane to plunge before passengers and crew subdued him. The UAE prosecutor says it may have been a terrorist act, but there’s no confirmed evidence yet about the co-pilot’s motives or possible outside connections. The incident has led to heightened security concerns, flight cancellations, and Israeli officials warning of consequences if foreign involvement is found.
